Online payments in our shop are handled by the payment gateway Comgate, a.s. Payment takes place in Comgate's secure environment and we never have access to your card details.
Payment methods
- Card payment (Visa, Mastercard), after placing your order we redirect you to the Comgate gateway, where you securely enter your card details. After a successful payment you are returned to the shop with a confirmation. Learn more about card payments.

Your shipment, step by step

Outer packaging
Neutral brown or white box. No Molequa® logos, no content labeling, no product image. Only your address and shipment number.
- 02
Protective filling
Bubble wrap or eco-friendly molded paper.In summer (June to August) we ship primarily to your address, not to a pickup point.
- 03
Sterile vial
Lyophilized peptide in a glass vial with a rubber stopper and aluminum flip-off cap. Batch label with name, quantity, and fill date.
- 04
Documentation
CoA attached digitally (link in the tracking email). Optionally a printed copy in the shipment.
Tracking
Right after dispatch (within 6 hours of order confirmation) you receive an email with a DPD tracking link. Shipment status updates in real time.
Lost shipment
If your shipment is lost or has not arrived within 7 days of dispatch, write to info@molequa.com. We will open a claim with the carrier and send a free replacement.
