2. No consumption
Molequa products are not intended for human or animal consumption, for injection into humans or animals, for application to human or animal skin, or for any other form of consumption.
When purchasing any product, the customer expressly confirms (RUO consent) that the product is being purchased exclusively for research and scientific use within a controlled experimental setting.
3. No medical claims
Molequa makes no medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or preventive claims about its products. Any information about mechanisms of action, investigated applications, or dosage in studies presented on our website or in marketing materials are citations from published scientific studies provided for educational and research purposes.

4. Buyer responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for:
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction concerning the purchase, possession, transport, and use of research peptides.

- Ensuring that products will not be consumed by humans or animals, whether intentionally or accidentally.

Molequa s.r.o. is not liable for any damage, injury, health complications, or other negative consequences arising from improper use of products contrary to this disclaimer.
6. Regulatory framework
Our operations respect:
- Act No. 362/2011 Coll. on medicines and medical devices (transposing Directive 2001/83/EC)
- EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) on the protection of personal data
- EMA Guideline on the Development and Manufacture of Synthetic Peptides (effective from June 1, 2026), for products outside the RUO scope
