What are the entry requirements for partnership?
Valid company or institution registration, research licence (where applicable), and minimum annual purchase of EUR 2,000 for wholesale pricing.
What are the invoice payment terms?
Standard 14 days. Established partners may request 30 or 60 days.
What are the delivery times?
EU: 1 to 3 working days. Custom synthesis: 4 to 8 weeks.
Do you offer territorial exclusivity?
Yes, territorial exclusivity agreements are available for distributors meeting volume criteria.
How are out-of-spec batches handled?
Full refund or replacement if the batch does not meet CoA specifications.
