Quality & purity
Are your peptides intended for human consumption?
No. Molequa® peptides are lyophilized compounds intended exclusively for laboratory and scientific research. They are not a medicinal product, dietary supplement or cosmetic product, and they are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis or treatment. Every batch is verified by the independent analytical laboratory Janoshik Analytical.
How do you verify purity?
By HPLC and mass spectrometry in an independent laboratory. Every batch is analysed by Janoshik Analytical with a minimum purity of 99 %. The batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is free to download on each product page.
What is an HPLC test?
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography, an analytical method for verifying peptide purity. It detects the presence of impurities even at very low concentrations.
Where do your peptides come from?
We work with European manufacturers with GMP certification. We store stock within the EU (warehouse in SK).
What is the difference between RUO and pharmaceutical grade?
RUO (Research Use Only) means the product is not registered as a medicinal product and is intended exclusively for research purposes. Our RUO production meets the same HPLC standards as pharmaceutical peptides.
Shipping & packaging
What does your packaging look like?
Discreet. No logos, no contents listed on the outer package. Inside, the peptide is in a sterile vial with protective material and cold-pack shipping during summer transport.
How much does shipping cost?
FREE shipping over €40.00 (applies to SK + CZ). Below this amount: SK Packeta pick-up point €3.90, to address €5.90, courier €6.90. CZ €5.90. EU €9.90.
What are the delivery times?
SK 1 to 2 days, CZ 2 to 3 days, EU (DE/AT/HU/PL) 3 to 5 days via Packeta. Shipment tracking is provided immediately after dispatch.
Do you deliver to CZ / DE / AT?
Yes. Via Packeta to EU countries within 3 to 5 business days.
Do you ship with cold packaging?
Yes, every shipment includes a gel ice pack as standard. Although lyophilized peptides are stable even at room temperature (up to 30 days), cold-pack shipping is a trust signal for us and, in summer (June to August), additional protection against higher temperatures. In summer we ship primarily to an address, not to a pick-up point.

How does ordering work?
Standard checkout via Visa, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Dispatch within 6 hours from the EU warehouse, delivery in 1 to 3 days. Each shipment includes the CoA for its specific batch. 30-day money-back guarantee, discreet packaging, tracking.
When are you charging payment?
At checkout. Secure card payment (Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay). No hidden fees.
When will you contact me?
You will receive the first follow-up email within 6 hours of submission. A second contact with the order link follows when the warehouse goes live (typically 1 to 4 weeks).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing the order. Just write to info@molequa.com with the email address you used.
Storage & preparation
How should I store the peptide?
The lyophilized peptide is stable for 2 to 3 years at 2 to 8 °C. At room temperature it is stable for 30 days.
How do I prepare the peptide for use (reconstitution)?
A detailed guide is in the Science section. In brief: let the vial reach room temperature, disinfect the stopper, add bacteriostatic water down the side of the vial, swirl gently.
How long does it last after reconstitution?
After adding bacteriostatic water, the literature recommends using within 28 days at 2 to 8 °C, protected from light.
What water should I use?
Bacteriostatic water (BAC water), sterile water with 0.9 % benzyl alcohol as a preservative. We sell it separately in the Accessories section.
Legal & compliance
Are peptides legal in SK?
The sale of RUO peptides for research purposes is legal in Slovakia in compliance with Act no. 362/2011 Coll. on medicinal products. Our offering is strictly RUO.
Do I need a medical prescription?
No. RUO peptides are not medicinal products. They are intended exclusively for research and scientific use.
How do you handle GDPR?
We process your data solely for the necessary purposes (order, delivery, contact). Details are in the Privacy Policy section. We retain data only for the time necessary for order fulfillment and legal obligations.
Account & support
Should I create an account?
An account is not required, you can order as a guest. After WooCommerce integration (autumn 2026) we will add an optional account with order history and CoA archive.
