Your shipment, step by step

Outer packaging
Neutral brown or white box. No Molequa logos, no content labeling, no product image. Only your address and shipment number.

Protective filling + cold pack
Bubble wrap or eco-friendly molded paper. Every shipment includes a gel ice pack as standard. In summer (June to August) we ship primarily to your address, not to a pickup point.

Sterile vial
Lyophilized peptide in a glass vial with a rubber stopper and aluminum flip-off cap. Batch label with name, quantity, and fill date.

Documentation
CoA attached digitally (link in the tracking email). Optionally a printed copy in the shipment.
Tracking
Right after dispatch (within 24 h of order confirmation) you will receive an email with a link to Packeta tracking. Shipment status updates in real time.
Lost shipment
If your shipment is lost or has not arrived within 7 days of dispatch, write to info@molequa.com. We will open a claim with the carrier and send a free replacement.
